41 Design & Marketing was founded in 2023 by Jack DiSarlo, who launched the company as a high school student after discovering his passion for design, apparel, and entrepreneurship.
What began as a few custom t-shirts for friends and local teams quickly grew into a full-service creative business serving schools, nonprofits, small businesses, and community organizations across Long Island.
From the start, our mission has been simple: deliver top-quality custom apparel, printing, and marketing solutions that help people stand out while keeping the process easy, affordable, and stress-free.
Today, 41 specializes in custom apparel and promotional products, partnering with schools, sports teams, local businesses, and events to provide screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film transfers, and more. We also continue to offer a wide range of design and marketing services—from logos and branding to flyers, banners, and team stores.

Jack DiSarlo is the owner and founder of 41 Design & Marketing, which he launched during his sophomore year at South Side High School. A dedicated athlete and entrepreneur, Jack balances running his company with competing as a Division I lacrosse commit to the University of Utah, where he will continue both his academic and athletic journey.
Beyond business and sports, Jack enjoys spending time outdoors—especially fishing on Long Island's coast—and staying connected to his community. His love for the water and the outdoors influences the creativity and energy he brings into his designs.
